My story

Since I was a child, I've had the chance to observe my father practicing yoga with dedication and passion. I have now been a yogi for over 10 years.

Following several certified trainings by Yoga Alliance International, I accompany you on your yoga journey. Ensonze Yoga and Pilates was born to bring you beautiful moments of discovery, practice, and well-being.

Ensonze Yoga Philosophy

Yoga is much more than a physical practice. It is a way of life, a source of balance, inner peace, and deep self-connection. Ensonze's yoga philosophy is based on respecting each individual, listening to their body and mind to maintain inner harmony.

J'aspire à partager ces enseignements précieux lors de chaque séance. Je vous guide dans votre exploration du bien-être par le yoga.

Ensonze Teaching Approach

Kindness and adaptability are at the heart of Ensonze's teaching approach. Your teacher creates a welcoming space where everyone feels safe to explore their practice.

In each session, you are encouraged to develop body awareness, breathe deeply, and live in the present moment with serenity.

Ensonze Yoga : les différentes pratiques enseignées

Krischnamacharya (father of modern yoga) said:

"It is not the person who should adapt to yoga, but yoga that should be adjusted to each individual."

Ensonze Yoga combines several types of practices to meet your needs, for your well-being. All practices are possible and adaptable to you.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by a fluid series of movements synchronized with the breath: 'the dance of each cell to the rhythm of each breath, creating serenity and inner harmony.' - Debasish Mridha. There is a smooth transition between each posture, creating a continuous flow. This practice promotes flexibility, strength, and concentration, while offering a meditative experience through the synchronization of breath and movement. Fundamental sequences such as sun salutations are explored.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga generally includes a series of physical postures (asanas) that aim to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. These postures are practiced in coordination with the breath to promote relaxation and concentration. Meditation and relaxation exercises are included to calm the mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a yoga practice that focuses on holding postures for long periods, promoting deep relaxation and stretching of connective tissues. It aims to stimulate Yin energy, characterized by intuition, reflection, and creativity. The passive strength of Yin helps counterbalance our often action-dominated lifestyle. Yin Yoga practice is beneficial for everyone.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and the restoration of the body and mind. It involves the use of props such as cushions and blankets to support the body in prolonged relaxation postures, thereby promoting regeneration and repair. This practice aims to reduce stress and restore inner balance.

Meditation and Breathwork

The meditation and breathwork class allows you to slow down and take a break from the outside world. Meditation helps you find grounding and deep serenity. For some, remaining still or focused can be a real challenge. Posture advice and suitable breathing techniques (breathwork or pranayama) will be your daily allies.
